These terms of service apply to all use of the TCGPriceHub service. By creating an account or using the service, the user accepts these terms.
TCGPriceHub reserves the right to modify these terms. For material changes, users will be notified at least 14 days in advance.
The user must provide a valid email address and is responsible for its accuracy. Only one account may be created per email address.
The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. In case of suspected misuse, the user must contact us immediately.

Current pricing and features are listed at tcgpricehub.com/pricing. TCGPriceHub reserves the right to change prices with a minimum notice period of 30 days.
Payments are processed via Mollie B.V. By taking out a paid subscription, you also accept Mollie's user agreement. TCGPriceHub does not have access to your payment details.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and automatically renewed unless cancelled in time.
In the event of a failed payment, the user will receive a notification. After [TODO: X days] without a valid payment, the account will be temporarily downgraded to the Free plan.
The user may cancel their subscription at any time via account settings. The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for amounts already paid.
Consumers have a right of withdrawal of 14 days after purchase, provided the service has not yet been used. By using the service immediately after purchase, the user waives this right.
TCGPriceHub aims for the highest possible availability of the service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.
TCGPriceHub reserves the right to add, modify or remove features. Material changes affecting a paid plan will be communicated at least 14 days in advance.
All rights to the TCGPriceHub software, design and name belong to TCGPriceHub. Users receive a personal, non-transferable right of use for the duration of their subscription.
Pokémon and all related names and images are the property of The Pokémon Company, Nintendo and Game Freak. TCGPriceHub is not affiliated with or sponsored by The Pokémon Company.
TCGPriceHub is not liable for:
TCGPriceHub's total liability is limited to the amount the user has paid in the three months preceding the event causing the damage.

In the event of termination by TCGPriceHub without valid cause, the user will receive a refund of any remaining prepaid amount.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will preferably be resolved by mutual agreement. If this is not possible, the competent court is that of [TODO: place of establishment].
